No, at the request of multiple licensers, we have a single partner that sells on Amazon.
Do I have to order all the same sign to get the quantity discounts?
No, you can mix and match within the same product categories (pricing categories).
Do you drop ship?
Yes, we are implementing a NEW Drop Ship program, emailquestions@desperate.comfor details.
Fedex only delivered part of my order (portion of packages)?
At times, multiple piece shipments get separated and should be delivered the next day.
I am missing a product that you show as shipped – what should I do?
Please email details to questions@desperate.com with order number and issue details.
You were out of stock on an item, will you ship it once it is back?
We typically do not back order, but if you would like to, please contact us.
If you are out of stock and it results in change in my quantity price break, will my price go up?
No, we will not penalize you if we are out of stock.
